Red Wing Full-Scale Exercise
The Red Wing Full-Scale Exercise involved over 150 participants from 25 organizations, located downtown Red Wing.
Winona Tabletop Exercise
The Winona County Tabletop Exercise was a multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional, and multi-organizational exercise located in downtown Winona, MN.
Winona Full-Scale Exercise
The Winona County Full-Scale Exercise involved more than 100 participants and featured locomotive extrication, a mock Emergency Operations Center, water operations, a live emergency alert, and a mock press briefing with real media representatives.

The MN Railroad Summit included training and deployment exercises with local responders, state emergency managers, state chemical assessment teams, and industry leaders.

STARS has trained thousands of professionals and volunteer responders in oil-spill response operations.
Dubuque Functional Exercise
The Dubuque functional exercise included an initial response with local first responders, rail leak control with a valve prop, and numerous boom deployment sites.
